stayed at the omni and it was just beautiful! amazing staff, courteous from the moment you arrive, until you leave. champagne at check in, score! upgrade because i am rad, and they knew it, score! a ton of restaurants to choose from inside and adjacent to hotel. very big caveat - there was a big conference going on and we were staying for just one night. housekeeping was doing their best to clean almost all rooms in the hotel. so that we did not have to wait, we were upgraded from a premier king to a suite for free! what a nice surprise! ! thank you omni :) we will be back!

omni was spotless and close to a grocery store. got the insider scoop on downtown spots. valet service was top-notch.

Great gym, pool area and spacious, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

My recent stay at the hotel was really good. The friendly staff and clean accommodations made my trip to Dallas enjoyable. The convenient downtown location and nearby attractions were a great bonus. The beautiful view of the city from the hotel was just fine. The entertainment and really good service at the Texas Spice restaurant made my stay nice. The pool was a definite highlight.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with excellent service and a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to the convention center and many attractions within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as adult guests on a business trip.
